Jennifer has 30 years of executive leadership experience with Boys & Girls Clubs in Sonoma County and San Francisco. Jennifer has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She is passionate about leading with high expectations of excellence and maximizing every opportunity to change the lives of community youth. Jennifer has grown our organization from 3 locations to 40, from serving 300 youth annually to 10,000. Additionally, Jennifer has been a marketing leader at Gap, Inc. and an executive in Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes.

For over 13 years, Michelle has driven change for people in Sonoma County. She passionately advocates for Club kids by raising funds, building partnerships, and driving the expansion of access to high-quality programming for youth. She holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis. In addition to her entrepreneurial leadership within the organization, she serves as a senior leader at the local, regional, state, and national levels advocating for funding, driving programmatic excellence, and mentoring other Club professionals.

Evan is a passionate advocate for children and families, excited to contribute to the Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin. Over the past 15 years, while raising her family in Sonoma County, Evan has taught English for Multilingual Students at Santa Rosa Junior College, published a children’s book, and served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Healdsburg School. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis. Evan is deeply committed to using good governance to drive lasting, transformative change in organizations

Nicole brings over 20 years of executive leadership to Boys & Girls Clubs, specializing in nonprofit administration, medical education, human resources, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the organization, she served as an Administrator at a top medical school. Nicole holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Her passion for delivering top-quality services to children and families fuels her commitment to excellence, ensuring every community member gets the support they need to succeed.

Nicole brings more than 15 years of leadership in youth development, guiding both nonprofits and private sector organizations in creating impactful programs. Her experience in strategic planning and organizational growth is coupled with her dedication to mentoring future leaders. Nicole holds an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology and serves on several nonprofit boards. She’s passionate about empowering young people and is excited to continue making a lasting difference through her work with Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin.

With over 23 years of experience shaping youth programs in the non-profit sector, Dana is thrilled to bring her passion for youth development to Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin. From childcare and state-funded preschool to teen sports and camp programs, Dana's expertise spans every age group. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University and loves creating programs that enrich young lives, helping every child find their path to success.

Jason has been with Boys & Girls Clubs since 1990 after moving from Los Angeles to attend Sonoma State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. With 17 years of experience as a Boys & Girls Club CEO, Jason has returned to help strengthen connections with supporters and develop new partnerships in Petaluma and Marin County. His passion lies in creating opportunities for youth and ensuring the success of the organization’s mission.
