Jennifer Weiss - Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer has over 30 years of executive leadership experience with Boys & Girls Clubs in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco Counties. Jennifer has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She is passionate about leading with high expectations of excellence and maximizing every opportunity to change the lives of community youth. Joining as our CEO in 2008, Jennifer has grown our organization from 3 locations to 40, from serving 300 youth annually to over 11,000. Additionally, Jennifer has been a marketing leader at Gap, Inc. and an executive in Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes. Jennifer has served on many boards and is currently a proud member of the Community First Credit Union board of directors.

Michelle has worked to make Sonoma County a better place since 2008. Raised in one of Nashville’s most under-resourced neighborhoods, she earned a scholarship to The University of Memphis and later completed a Master’s Degree in Organization Development.
Since joining our organization in 2011, Michelle has been a passionate advocate for youth—raising vital funds, building strategic partnerships, and expanding access to high-quality programs. Her leadership extends beyond our walls: she influences policy and practice at the local, state, and national levels, and mentors emerging leaders across the Boys & Girls Club movement.
Michelle also serves as Board Chair for the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, helping drive economic opportunity and community progress across the region.

Evan is a passionate advocate for children and families. Over the past 15 years, while raising her family in Sonoma County, Evan has taught English for Multilingual Students at Santa Rosa Junior College, published a children’s book, and served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Healdsburg School. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis. Evan is deeply committed to using good governance to drive lasting, transformative change in organizations.

Jason has been with Boys & Girls Clubs since 1990 after moving from Los Angeles to attend Sonoma State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. With 17 years of experience as a Boys & Girls Club CEO, Jason has returned to help strengthen connections with supporters and develop new partnerships in Petaluma and Marin County. His passion lies in creating opportunities for youth and ensuring the success of the organization’s mission.

Dana brings over 35 years of experience in youth development, operations, and executive leadership across Marin and Sonoma Counties. A graduate of Sonoma State University with a degree in Liberal Studies, Dana began her career at the YMCA of San Francisco – Marin Branch. She is passionate about creating safe, fun, and inspiring environments for youth, with a strong focus on educational support, skill-building, and the power of laughter. Dana is committed to working closely with her leadership team to ensure every Club Member thrives.

Cara brings over a decade of finance leadership to Boys & Girls Clubs, with significant expertise spanning both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Prior to joining the organization, she served as an auditor at BFBA, gaining a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and risk assessment. She then advanced to the role of Accounting Manager at Blue Diamond Growers, a $1B consumer packaged goods company, where she led key financial operations and reporting. Most recently, Cara held the position of Controller at the California Dental Association and its affiliated companies, overseeing complex financial systems and strategic planning initiatives.
Cara holds a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Boise State University. She is a licensed CPA and is deeply committed to leveraging her expertise to make a lasting impact in the lives of children across Sonoma and Marin counties.

Wendy Cline brings more than 25 years of operational leadership to Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin, with deep expertise in facilities and project management, building compliance, and organizational systems. Before joining the Club, she held senior leadership roles in the healthcare sector, where she managed complex facilities and championed administrative excellence. During that time, Wendy earned her Lean & Six Sigma certification in change process improvement—an intensive program that expanded her ability to lead with efficiency, strategy, and innovation.
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin, Wendy oversees essential functions that keep our Clubhouses safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. Her work spans capital improvement planning, safety oversight, vendor and facilities management, and internal systems. In addition to leading our facilities operations, she also manages the technology and administration departments.
Wendy is passionate about creating high-quality environments that support our mission. Her proactive, solutions-oriented leadership ensures that every Clubhouse is a place where youth and staff can thrive. She takes great pride in the behind-the-scenes work that helps power great outcomes for kids and families across Sonoma and Marin Counties.
