At Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin, we believe in a world where every young person feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential. As we navigate these tumultuous times, we want to reaffirm our commitment to our immigrant and LGBTQ+ communities, who are fundamentally integral to our country and specifically the North Bay region we serve.
Our mission is to inspire and enable all kids, especially those who need us most, to become caring, productive, and responsible adults. This mission is grounded in our core values:

ATTITUDE OF ABUNDANCE: We believe in infinite possibilities, potential, and resources.

We understand that current events may feel unsettling and deeply personal for many of the youth and families we serve. To them, we say: We see you, we support you, and we will continue to stand with you.
Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in everything we do, from the nearly 400 team members who bring our mission to life—over 70% of whom are from immigrant families—to the 10,000 youth we serve annually, 82% of whom are kids of color, many from immigrant backgrounds. Together, we create safe, inclusive environments where every young person can learn, grow, and lead, free from fear or discrimination.
